Sarah, Office manager
Sarah is a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Function. She graduated from Galen College of Dental Assisting in 2005. Realizing her passion for helping patients, she elected to become more involved in patient treatment. In 2012, she expanded her education by attending University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco where she obtained her Extended Functions License. Most recently Sarah has taken on a new role of Office Manager, further expanding her knowledge and skills. Sarah is married with three daughters. In her down time, she enjoys watching her girls play sports, baking and loves paddle boarding.
Christina, Patient Coordinator
Meet Christina, our patient coordinator who will greet you with a friendly smile at the front desk. She started her career in dentistry in 1996 and possesses great knowledge which gives her the ability to assist our patients. Her warm and friendly approach ensures that patients feel comfortable and valued throughout their dental experiences. In her free time, Christina enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
cassidy, financial Coordinator
Meet Cassidy, our financial coordinator. She was born and raised in Visalia and has been in dentistry for a little over 3 years. She’s an expert at improving our patients knowledge on how to maximize their insurance plans/benefits and how to utilize our in office financial options. In her free time she enjoys going on family adventures with her significant other and their daughter. Being apart of all her daughters first in life, brings her lots of joy.
FRANCHESCA, PATIENT COORDINATOR
Meet Franchesca, a graduate of Milan Institute with over 10 years of experience. She is a cross trained dental assistant with proficiency in multiple areas within the dental practice, including chairside assisting, sterilization, patient education, administrative tasks, and supervision of dental operations. She has developed a passion for all aspects of the dental field and patient care. When Franchesca is not in the office, she’s at the nail salon making others feel beautiful about their hands and feet. Franchesca became a licensed manicurist in January of 2024. With a strong understanding of customer needs, Franchesca thrives in a customer service environment. In her down time, she enjoys watching her sons play sports and husband coach sports.
