Patient Coordinators:
- Kathleen | Office Manager Hello, my name is Kathleen and I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1995. I have worked chairside for 21 years, and front office for the last 5 years. I am very excited to be a part of such an amazing team. Dr. B and our team strive to deliver the best dentistry, with the best office experience possible. I take pride in my role as the Office Manager and I enjoy helping our patients in all areas of the dental office. I also enjoy continuing education, and learning the latest techniques that today’s dental world has to offer.
I am a blessed wife and mother of 4 beautiful kids. When I am not working, our family is constantly on the go with sports, activities, and getting together with friends and family. I am looking forward to helping you with your next dental visit in our office.
- Christina | Patient Coordinator Hello! My name is Christina, and I am the patient coordinator here at Dr. Bodensteiner and Dr. Navarro’s office. You will find me at the front desk with a warm greeting when you arrive. I love interacting with our patients and working with this amazing team because everyone is so wonderful, patient, kind, and helpful. I have been in the dental field for about 20 yrs and enjoy it very much! When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, outdoor adventure, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting you soon!
- Cassidy | Patient Coordinator/Account Services Hello! My name is Cassidy and I have been a part of the team for a year and a half now. It has been delightful to work hands-on with patients and teach them about their insurance plans, alongside helping patients out with any billing services. I am so grateful to work for a team that is so dedicated to serving the best possible dental care for our patients and our new patients, whom we are always welcoming!
In my spare time, I enjoy being active, watching my Dodgers and 49ers, watching movies with my Goddaughter, exploring new places, and baking.
Registered Dental Hygienists:
- Amanda | Registered Dental Hygienist Hi, I am Amanda and I have been in the dental field since 2002 as a Dental Assistant. I became a Dental Hygienist in 2010 and happily joined Dr. B. and the team in 2011. I enjoy helping my patients and I am very passionate about my career. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have one daughter, she keeps us very busy.
- Karen | Registered Dental Hygienist Hi, my name is Karen. I was born and raised in Visalia. I graduated from Fresno City Dental Hygiene School in 2006 and have been so happy to be with Dr. B since 2009. Dr. B is a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cares for our patients and takes pride in making their mouths feel healthy and beautiful. I love doing my part in keeping our patients happy, healthy, and very comfortable. In my spare time, I spend most of my time taking care of my family – my husband and three wonderful children. They keep us running, but we are having the time of our life raising them.
- Rose | Registered Dental Hygienist Hi there, my name is Rosalee. I graduated from dental hygiene school from Fresno City College in 2017. I love my new career as a dental hygienist. Working for Dr. B is great; I have the opportunity to help educate my patients on improving their oral health. When I’m not working I spend the most time I can with family and friends. I find any reason to travel and I love exploring new places. Summer is my favorite time of the year for BBQs, camping, and boating.
Registered Dental Assistants:
- Jill | Registered Dental Assistant Hi, my name is Jill. I am new to this office. I started working here in June of 2022 but I’ve been an assistant for about 10 years now. I graduated from Milan Institute and got my RDA license in 2021. I love helping patients and making them feel comfortable.
My husband and I married in 2014, we have a 10 yr old son. We all enjoy camping, hunting, and traveling. I look forward to meeting you all at your next dental visit!
- Jennifer | Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions Hi there! I’m Jennifer and I graduated from San Joaquin Valley College here in Visalia with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting in 2009. I have been working for Dr. Bodensteiner since 2010 and couldn’t imagine myself in any other office, as Dr. Bodensteiner and I have the same goals of delivering our patients with the very best dental care. I completed additional training and education to earn Expanded Function certification. I am very passionate about everything dentistry. I take pride in delivering the very best care to all of my patients, making sure they are as comfortable as can be while receiving their dental treatment. In my spare time, I am very family oriented and enjoy doing anything related to spending time with family and friends. My husband and I married in 2015 and welcomed our adorable son into our family in December 2017. I look forward to meeting you someday here in our office!
- Sarah | Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions Hi, I’m Sarah, I graduated from Dental Assisting School (Galen College) in 2005. I have had an RDA for more than 15 years. I have been working with Dr. Navarro since 2009. I decide to go back to school at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. I went from being an assistant to being able to place fillings and seat crowns. It has been the best career choice I have made. I recently joined Dr. Bodensteiner and Staff in January 2022. I love being able to help people brighten their smiles.
Time with family is very important to me, and work is just like being home with my family. I am married with 3 daughters that all play sports. I hope one day I will be able to meet your family.
Dr. B and his staff were amazing as always! I am confident that they care for my daughters exactly as they would care for their own. I never hesitate to recommend this office because they are always professional, polite, and prompt!
